Moani is a tremendously capable attorney. Feared by most lawyers. Does she have challenges...ALL lawyers do. What I know is that she gives me confidence and comfort during extremely chaotic and tough times

Moani is hands down the worst attorney, if you can even call her that anymore. She has now been suspended for not doing her job! She stole thousands from us before Disciplinary Council confiscated all of her files, leaving us hanging in the middle of a court case!

I was represented by Richard Turbin’s firm for two of my cases, one for a car accident and one for a slip and fall. They were so courteous and efficient. They worked hard for me and I was very satisfied with their work. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

This lawyer is very good at the beginning, she likes to complement you, play on your emotions, look very caring and say I will help you, but months in, nothing. This was custody case, she was never reachable, late to her own scheduled appointments with me, I had submitted tons of evidence on why we needed to enforce the order, nothing, absolutely nothing. Literally did nothing with it. She only cares for her bill which you will definitely get. Months in she then shows her true colors, very entitled person and condescending, she can also be very mean. Used every excuse as to why she was never available, from ‘I’m with my 90 year old grandmother’ to ‘one of my close clients died’. I was looking forward to working with her as I felt honored to work with a strong woman, she would even tell me ‘you’re like my sistah, I adore you!’ Mistake, she did not have a single care for the situation, did not listen to me, nor create solution. Save your money and look somewhere else! She wasted my time. 👎

She is extremely non responsive, frequently taking literal months to respond to a call or email and resulting in missed filings and notifications such as the Kids First program. She is downright neglectful. I posted a longer review on Yelp. Don’t waste your time or risk custody of your kids with this woman.

Moani Crowell assisted me regarding a high profile case that entailed serious judiciaire misconduct and bribes.
