I'm not a Oahu resident and needed help resolving a traffic violation that resulted from a moment of poor judgement on my part. I highly recommend Richard Turbin and his staff. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian. I was so worried that although I was not at fault, I would be left paying all the medical bills, PT, etc. I was recommended by others to see Mr. Turbin and am so glad I did.
