Nathan provided expeditious and professional services when I desperately needed to address a Title issue. Many other real estate professionals who I called or I got referred to by real estate agents lacked the understanding of how Hawaii's Land Court functions, so they declined the work. I had an urgent need and Nathan was willing to help me out and he did a fine job, he's even went the extras mile to obtain a legal copy of a decree because I have him a copy not an original. When my mom past away last year, I had the responsibility for selling her residential property. As the decision was to sell the home directly from the trust to a known buyer, I was referred by my mom's trust attorney to Nathan Natori who specializes in home sales directly by the seller. Nathan explained the sales process from the seller's perspective and walked me through the purchase agreement draft. He explained each item of the purchase agreement in detail and made it easy for me to understand. In 2 hours, we completed the purchase agreement document, and he provided instructions for me to complete the agreement with the buyer and submit the completed document to escrow. I was charged for only 2 hours of his time, and with his guidance the completed sale cost less than 1% of the sale price.
