Emailed him about my situation. He completely misread it and ask me to hire a lawyer. Dont you understand me contacting you is a sign of me ready to hire a lawyer? Makes me wonder people who use his services are all corrupted like him.

The only way he was going to help my boyfriend was if he turned other family members over to the police. After paying huge amounts of money and finding out he's in the pocket of the government we did not know what to do.

My opinion is he should be disbarred. No professional or personal ethics, no conscience, no moral convictions. Should have returned retainer money, having withdrawn as counsel. When asked if any portion to be returned, answer was NO. Took a cut of settlement money in another case, his client never recd her money and has since died. Egregious!

Hamilton & Chan are one of the best law firms in Hawaii for Divorce. My case was complicated and they guided me through the process to resolve my financial and custidial issues quickly. The advice they give was sound and measured. Divorce is difficult and both Geoff and Jen often gave me the best advice when dealing with an emotinally charged situation: "Your job is to do nothing, stay calm, don't react and let us handle the situation." Geoff Hamilton represented me on a prenup agreement and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with his services.
