Nathan explained the sales process from the seller's perspective and walked me through the purchase agreement draft. He explained each item of the purchase agreement in detail and made it easy for me to understand. In 2 hours, we completed the purchase agreement document, and he provided instructions for me to complete the agreement with the buyer and submit the completed document to escrow. I was charged for only 2 hours of his time, and with his guidance the completed sale cost less than 1% of the sale price.
