My husband and I worked with Law Office of Keoni Souza on creating our Trust documents and Estate Planning. We recommend EVERYONE to work with Keoni. If you haven't thought about trust documents or your will - you should definitely reconsider. Keoni took the time to educate us on the importance of these documents as well as broke down every part so it was easy to understand. The entire time we meet via Zoom and on Saturday mornings which was ideal for both our schedules. When I initially was looking to work with law firms, other law firms were not available on the weekend. Keoni is very responsive to emails and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He even offers a complimentary phone call prior to working with you to see if he can be of help. It was on that initial phone call that I made my decision to work with Keoni. He showed that he cared about our situation and was eager to help my husband and I. In addition, Keoni made the process super easy! It was actually fun as I learned so much and now fully understand the importance of power of attorney, having a will and placing all your items in a trust. In addition, he offers a complimentary Legacy interview which you can pass on your values and morals to those close to you. We thought that was really unique. I just completed my estate planning with Keoni and I would like to send a big Mahalo to him for such a great experience. I have been putting off making my plan for a few years because I couldn't find the right company that made me "feel" comfortable. Keoni's webpage appeared in my FB feed and once I listened to his story, his "why" behind going into estate planning, I knew I found the right person. He is down to earth and passionate about what he does. He will explain the whole process in layman's terms to ensure you understand it all. He is VERY organized and when he told me he color coded his forms to make it easier for the notary I was in heaven as I do the same thing in my line of work as a nurse...just another sign I was at the right place 😁 If you want a worrisome free experience I would recommend you give him a call!
