I have used Nathan for name change requiring Land Court review for real property located in Hawaii. He has been very concise, efficient and prompt with the required documents. He has also been very patient with my own poor technology skills and assisted me in any way possible. Although I am currently unable to travel to Hawaii from the mainland I feel certain I will continue to use Nathan for my future needs. My best rating.

Breiner represented my husband; however, at each encounter he berated like an angry child making condescending remarks. Instead of resolving conflict, he greatly contributed to an atmosphere of destructive conflict. I would not recommend representation by Breiner due to his crude, beligerant, arrogant, and unprofessional behavior in and outside the court. Also see OFFICE OF DISCIPLINARY COUNSEL v. Myles S. Nathan Natori assisted us on a review of a retail lease for restaurant space on Oahu where the Landlord was a large well known land developer in Hawaii. Nathan did a very thorough deep dive of our contract terms and highlighted numerous items that would have been overlooked otherwise.
