Got an excessive speeding ticket earlier this year. I was initially a skeptic as I've never dealt with this kind of thing before; but Brian took care of it for me! He kept his word and everything went as planned. Even with other recent tickets on my record, he got it reduced to a normal speeding ticket; and the cost to hire him + the amended fine was less than if I were convicted of the original charge. Huuuuge relief, thanks again Brian!!!

I rented a motorcycle when I visited Oahu in March 2024 and decided to have a little bit too much fun with the throttle. Got a speeding ticket for 90 in a 55 and was charged with 291C-105 (a) (1) (speeding 30+ mph over limit) and 291C-105(a) (2) (Speed equal to or exceeding 80 mph) - pretty serious violations that could have resulted in up to $1,025 in fines, up to 5 days in jail, and up to 1 month of license suspension. I used the app, Off The Record, which assigned my case to attorney Brian Kim. Brian was able to get the first charge amended to a 1st offense as a petty misdemeanor and reduced to 19 over, so 74/55 - “noncompliant with speed limit” Brian was also able to get the 2nd charge dismissed entirely because it was a duplicative charge. Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with the results. I only have to pay a fine of $317 within 90 days. I would highly recommend attorney Brian Kim. The only thing I wish was a little bit better throughout this process was communication, but in the end the results definitely warrant a 5 star rating. Thank you Brian! All the best.

Had 81+ and reckless driving. Would be petty misdemeanor, 1k in fines, and then jail time or community service. Seemed like an open a shut case. I called a lawyer (he was the first one I saw on Google) and he immediately answered, was personable, and then told me the cost which was cheaper than the possible fiscal punishment I would receive. Brian Kim literally represented me from September- February. 7 different court dates, and got the case COMPLETELY dismissed. There were some factors in my favor that I would have had no idea about unless I had a lawyer. I unfortunately also got another ticket during the course of this case (I know I know). During court the judge brought it up to Brian and he represented me on that case as well and got it from 20 over to " parking on a side walk". The amount I paid on the initial invoice was -all- I ever paid Brian represents a lot of people during court so ive heard how many of his cases go as well and theyre all positive. I saved over $600 by having a lawyer for these tickets and have absoluetly nothing but a parking ticket to show for it.

Got a speeding ticket during my vacation. After taking on the ticket, didn't have to worry about it at all. Later got a letter from a collection agency saying that I owe a parking fine. Ticket was reduced to a parking fine but the court didn't send out the appropriate notice to me or the firm so it's not their fault. But they quickly resolved it and got it cleared after. Would definitely recommend them.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but Brian did such an outstanding job that I felt encouraged to leave one. I received a speeding ticket as a tourist in Hawaii. I felt extremely anxious, as I have no legal experience and no experience fighting speeding tickets. But after contacting Brian Kim, my mind was put at ease. After months of court dates, all of which Brian attended on my behalf, he was successfully able to get my ticket dismissed! I can’t thank him enough. If you call and also message him on his Facebook account showing that you're getting harassed and creeped on within your unit here in the island colony, yeah he'll call you back just to hit you with a solid "No - there's nothing I can help you with" and then just hang up on you! Called me knowing that I had an issue with harassment but immediately stated that he could give an referral for my issue so I briefly told him my situation and then click! Nothing else!! So just move on guys. I'm definitely pushing forward with a better law firm that's actually out here striving for the people and not just looking for that $bag!💯
