During this difficult time with the virus, Ivana was a lifesaver! Probate was in Maryland, I now live in Florida, and the property was on Hawaii Island. Ivana knew the most expeditious manner in which to probate my deceased ex-husband's share in Hawaii. The property can now be sold without any problems. She is well versed on the laws and kept the title company, realtor, personal representative of the estate and me updated at all times. I would highly recommend her services!
