Difficult to reach anyone right away. Takes days for a response just to tell you they can't help n refer you to somewhere else.

My experience with Wong Leong Cuccia law firm has exceeded my expectation in every way imaginable. I was concerned about hiring an attorney prior to meeting them in person as I live on the Mainland but Brianne allayed those concerns in our initial phone consult. I knew she was the attorney that I wanted to represent me in my custody case. She listened to my situation with empathy and compassion; I felt that my voice was not only heard but truly understood. Her knowledge of Hawaii family law is extensive and once retained, she dug deep into my court files and quickly knew my case better than me. She found a previous judgment that I had literally forgotten about and was able to get it enforced expeditiously. She is highly organized, professional, and assertive in the courtroom-- she embodies all the qualities that I was seeking in representation. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her awesome legal staff. Allie and David were super helpful, knowledgeable, and always calm when I called upset about a new development in my case. I recommend Brianne and her team to anyone going through a divorce, separation or custody case as she will execute any case with perseverance and aplomb.

Brianne Wong Leong and her team are top notch. We worked with them on a pre martial agreement. They were responsive, easy to work with, constructive, and billed reasonable time. The other legal team we worked with, to develop our agreement, did not operate at the same caliber. Go here first.

Brianne is excellent at her job, flexible, and very patient. There were a lot of things over the course of this case that I didn't understand, but she explained everything, every step of the way and always kept my best interest at hand. She was the calming and confidant voice we needed in a time of stress and uncertainty, which was a huge help in such a difficult time. Not only is she excellent at her job, she is Hawaiian and raised on Maui. She has a vast understanding and of how ʻohana and Hawaiian communities function here in Hawaiʻi. She understands the importance of being Hawaiian and the perspective and influence it has on daily life, which helps to put cultural perspective into cases. It is nice to see a kanaka in a position to support kanaka in a legal bind.

Initial contact with Sarah was pleasant. She was so helpful and reassuring. Since I live mainland, I met with Attorney Elizabeth Cuccia via zoom and she was very knowledgeable and transparent in regards to consulting and advising. Although I didn’t officially go through with hiring her on, she was so gracious enough to take the time to hand deliver my documents directly to the court on my behalf. She even called me a few hours before my hearing to inform me that the officer wasn’t going to show up and told me exactly what to say. She even said she would still sit in on my hearing if anything, for support. I was so nervous but it was all over before I knew it, CASE DISMISSED! I cannot thank Attorney Cuccia and staff enough for all their help and guidance with this whole process. They are amazing and really care about their clients. I highly recommend their services!

Jan, Naomi, Mark and the Apo team provided extensive and supportive wrap around services in the handling of our complex case. My husband and I are Canadians and had a serious accident while on Maui. We met Jan and his team when we were still in the hospital and we felt confident in their team immediately.
