I needed a lawyer and got in touch with Wong Leong Cuccia law firm and was amazed on there knowledge in my charges.They made me feel comfortable ,and made me feel they had it under control, not to mention I’ve visit other firms and wanted me to pay 20k , while Wong Leong Cuccia gave me a very manageable quote which I’m happy to say I’m glad I went with them hands down!! I would highly recommend seeking counsel elsewhere. I’m honestly disheartened even writing this review because initially I thought Brianne would be a great fit for me. She seemed nice, pleasant, and understanding. She promised she was competent in divorce cases with complicated finances, which was the bulk of my case. However, as soon as my retainer was paid, it was very difficult to get in contact with her. I constantly had to be pushing and asking if she had requested past tax returns and company bank records, which she basically brushed off for weeks. Eventually, after paying another attorney to gather this information (which took a couple days), we went over it and it was clear this was way outside her expertise to dig into the records. She claimed everything looked fair and accounted for - however, the IRS quickly informed me after the divorce was complete that my ex had unreported taxes of $50,000, which they easily found when comparing the tax and business expenses. Brianne’s error cost me another $5,000 in additional legal fees after the divorce to ensure I was not held liable for my ex’s company’s back taxes. Lastly, one car was awarded to me in the divorce. I went to the dmv to register in my name, but the DMV will not accept because there was no VIN number included in the divorce decree, which is standard according to the DMV and multiple other lawyers. When I called to schedule an appointment for her to correct the error, she was on a two week vacation. I called the week she returned and she couldn’t get back to back to me for another week. When I called for the appointment, her assistant informed me there was “a conflict of interest” and she couldn’t speak with me. This is irritating by itself, but I sat around for a month not working with another lawyer to get this issue remedied. As the business owner, it seemed cowardly to use your office manager as a shield and honestly a bit shady since she couldn’t answer any direct “why” questions either. Multiple lawyers I’ve discussed this case with are bewildered with the lack of attention to detail and mismanagement of my case. I urge you to seek other counsel. She seemed unprepared and timid in court, unavailable during the course of my case, and lacks the character to own, let alone fix, her mistakes. Plus, she’s not cheap!

Elizabeth handled my child custody battle. Her and her team are amazing and will always be my first choice! The office staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and supportive. Elizabeth is a great lawyer and it is very clear that her and her team genuinely care about you and the well-being of your family and the best interest of the child. She was always well prepared, easily reachable whenever we had questions, concerns or updates to share, and gave great guidance what to ask for and what to let go of in my custody battle that would get us what we need for peace for our family without wasting money or dragging it out in court. We got everything we wanted in court and created firm legal boundaries with my ex that has given my family the peace we deserve. Any legal battle is financially costly, but I would definitely describe Liz’s rate as affordable, reasonable, and worth every penny.

In my opinion, Elizabeth Cuccia is the best legal representation that money could buy. She kept it real with me from the very beginning. I had multiple cases over the span of a few years.
