I got an excessive speeding ticket (a misdemeanor) during my vacation in Big Island. I made a mistake in my hurry to get to the tourist site. The ticket had potential implications for immigration status. I decided to contact an attorney and not take any chances - I am extremely glad that I worked with Damir. Damir was extremely responsive to emails, gave me clear instructions on what I need to provide. He even recommended that I do a defensive driving class online to show good intent to judge - I followed his advice and provided all the documentation and did an online defensive driving class as well. Damir also set right expectation from the beginning without overpromising anything. I had a court appearance scheduled - however Damir was able to argue on my behalf with the judge and get the case dismissed considering my specific circumstances!! I didn't have to appear for the court appearance either because of his work. This was way beyond what I had expected. I highly recommend reaching out to him.

Damir was absolutely Outstanding! He was amazing to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and just knew everything to do to get the best deal possible and to prepare for the upcoming court case I was charged with excessive speeding and reckless driving on the big island. The severity of my case was Very serious and I could have been sentenced up to 30 Days in Jail along with a permanent Criminal record and a suspended license This was definitely the biggest mistake I made in my life and Damir was there to help me get through this tough situation. Due to Damir‘s absolutely outstanding work he was able to have the State drop the charges to a Regular speeding ticket. Damir was terrific!! I had gotten a big ticket for driving without insurance (the car was purchased just days beforehand). I was facing $500 in fees, possible license suspension, and definitely increased premiums on my insurance. Damir got my charges dropped on 3 days notice of my court date!!
