I highly recommend Mr. Kouliev for your legal needs. He is easy to communicate with via text and was very attentive to our needs. He listened intently to our situation, crafted an action plan, and came to court prepared and succeeded in our case. He is very confident and knowledgeable and will put you at ease after your first interaction with him. Damir is a terrible attorney and I do not recommend his services to anyone. I believe in most cases you are better off pleading guilty or getting a better lawyer. I found Damir online after getting hit with an excessive speeding ticket in Hawaii. Did you know a first offense speeding ticket can land you in Jail in Hawai'i? I didn't, so I decided to get a lawyer to help me navigate the situation. After taking my money (full prepayment was required), Damir stopped promptly answering emails and texts. I would get a boilerplate reply to half of my questions after three reminders days or weeks later. Instead of the stated goal of "reducing my ticket to a regular speeding ticket", I got the exact same result I would expect had I simply pleaded guilty with no lawyer. This was glibly presented as a great success and the result of great work, although no real effort was made from his side.

Mr. Kouliev is prompt, courteous, and very professional. He has time and time again helped me deal with very intimidating court experiences and confusing paperwork and jargon. I strongly recommend him to anyone encountering similar situations. Best Big Island Lawyer!!

Damir is an awesome attorney, my fiancé had the hardest time finding someone to take my case. We messaged Damir in August and my case was close in October 9th (to be exact) didn’t think it would’ve taken that short amount of time to get this case taken cared of, but this guy did it. Damir was very helpful, answered the phone himself and took more time than I would have expected to consult with me. Damir is a great Lawyer. I was facing jail time, license suspension, fines, and SR22 for a speeding ticket and Damir managed to swing through and get the charges reduced to nothing but a simple fine. Awesome service at fair rates.
