From the beginning of my arrest experience Gerald helped me feel at ease with the process. He was very responsive and even had conversations to just reassure me about proceedings going forward. He gave me his personal cell number. I was charged with a charge that could have ruined my professional career as an RN, my future going to graduate school, and custody of my son. In the end the state completely dismissed my case and dropped the charge. I think this had less to do with the case and more to with Gerald's negation skills with the prosecuting attorney. Gerald is well respected in the legal community and really knows his stuff. His pedigree was very apparent in the court room. I hope I never need him again but if I do need a lawyer he would be the one I would call without question. The retainer is higher than a lot of cheaper lawyers but you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to pay for his services again. He ensured my future is left open, and that I have retained custody of my child. Worth Every single penny.

If you are looking for the best representation in the court but also want a lawyer who treats you as a friend, answering calls and questions at anytime and any day of the week, then this is your attorney. Ive hired another great lawyer in the past who got me the results I wanted and needed, but was no where near as respectable, friendly, and helpful every step of the way as Mr. Bublitz. True blessing to be treated this well while having the best representing you in the courtroom. And to make it even better, his wife is a practicing lawyer as well, adding to the already best representation you can get.

I am really discouraged after all the good ratings I found about this law firm. I called first thing Monday morning simply inquiring if they were taking new clients. I was assured one if not two people would let me know either way if they were or not. I NEVER received any call back or email back from my online inquiry. Talk about completely unprofessional.
