What can I say about the guy who made it possible that I have an amazing life and career. I talked to other lawyers about my case and they all said it couldn't be done but Jim Ball made me feel like I had a good chance. When I was worried Jim and his staff set me at ease. They were responsive to all my emails and calls. Plus Jim is just a damn nice guy who was very articulate in court and helped the judge understand my case and got the whole thing sealed and expunged. I was crying for half the day( I never cry) because he gave me my life back. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to him and let him help you because he will give it his best and not make you feel stupid or uncomfortable. Ashley was my attorney for my divorce. This was the first time in my life I had to use an attorney and she was absolutely great to work with. I intially only consulted with her while I was in mediation and her insights proved to be pretty vital. Later when mediation stalled out I used her to finish up the divorce. She did in 2 days what I couldn't get done in 2 years. She is not your stiff suit corporate style attorney. Her plan of attack was actually to get desired results without having to bill lots of hours. That is not her goal. She has the uncanny ability to see through their bullsh*t, address it, respond to it in a very simple professional and courteous manner, without ever calling them out directly. A talent I like to think comes from her experience from rescuing and rehabilitating dogs who wound up with bad owners. If you're going through divorce and feel like you're dealing with an emotionally toxic person or narcissist, she is somebody who understands that dynamic. I would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat.

Ashley came recommended by our business attorney. I had never been through anything pertaining to Family Law & I overanalyze. She was very understanding with all my concerns and was realistic about every part of my case. Attorneys often get a bad rap. They are sometimes considered arrogant, uncaring, in it for the money, etc. And there may be some in this category., but Jim Ball isn't even on that planet. He is a very down to Earth man that happens to have a firm grasp of all things legal. For his level of expertise, he is worth every penny. (Which isn't even close to top dollar.) If you Google him, you will find all the amazing organizations he is affiliated with. Quality lawyer! Quality human being! Highly recommend!

Ashley Marelius supported our family as we updated our court issued parenting plan and custody agreement. We couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. She listens well, she's knowledgeable in the field, and she was quick to respond all throughout the process. Most of all, she got us across the goal line. Ashley came highly recommended to me when I needed help with my divorce. Her expertise made the process so much easier and faster than I expected it to be. I used this clown a few years back, Sean couldn’t file the proper paperwork, his foul mouth was so offensive to all my witnesses that they all were offended. If you can’t file the proper paperwork, how can you be an effective Attorney. Good luck to you if you use this firm.

Jim was the first attorney I called when I found myself in a very unfortunate situation and I didn’t even think twice about retaining his services. I knew in the first moments in speaking with him that I had the right guy and he was very understanding who truly cares about helping people navigate their troubles with the law. As my case was a felony, the stakes were high and I knew I needed proper representation, look no further, Jim checks every box. Let me explain further, while I was on pretrial and my felony case was going through the courts process I picked up two additional misdemeanor charges and I thought that was it for me, I am for sure gonna be doing prison time. Jim fought hard for me to make sure I could still live my normal life and work my job, he was able to get the two other misdemeanor charges dropped, I got 60 days with all options and probation for my felony case. I couldn’t have asked for a better result and I would highly recommended Jim Ball to anyone needing legal help without hesitation, you won’t find a better attorney.

When I called Jim Ball for a consultation, I had already hired another law firm to represent me. Jim still took the time to discuss my situation in detail and offer me valuable information about some time-sensitive actions that were overlooked by the firm I had hired. I decided to hire Jim based on that first consultation and those time sensitive items were handled that same day. Jim was always quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process.
