I am very pleased with the service I received while working with Sean on a custody modification. He was very responsive and worked diligently to reach a resolution in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean and his office of professionals to others.

I would recommend Ashley for family law issues. I hadn’t had to deal with custody things through an attorney for 12+ years but knew she was on my side and would stick up for me to get done what was fair for everyone. Often times people get stuck with what they need and not what’s best for their kids, I can say that we came up with something that we will try for my young one and if things don’t work after some time then we will revisit the drawing board. Hopefully not with attorneys but if I ever need one, I’ll be calling Ashley to know I’m in good hands. Through out the entire process she was great at communicating via email. I did see someone’s review that mentioned not talking on the phone etc. from my perspective I would prefer email too so I can look back at a conversation and there’s no chance for confusion. **Update** Still so grateful for Ashley Marelius! Went through more court stuff late last year / early 2023. Thank you for always having us and our kids at heart!

Jim Ball is by far THE BEST OF THE BEST when it comes to Criminal Defense Attorney's. I would and have recommended him to people I run across that have a need for a attorney in any facet of law troubles. He's straight forward, doesn't waste any time, lays out your legal options and will help you decide which direction to go in for the best deal your going to be able to get. First DUI in my life. First any arrest. Jim helped me through it. He responded to my emails quickly. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He and Ruby were very kind. I used Gary Davis for a couple custody battles. Great guy but not the best attorney in my opinion. Communication was very scarce, responses to phone calls and emails were often non-existent, court dates were missed, things he said he would do for me and my case, did not get done. He talked me out of trial on my first custody battle which, I had come to find out later, I would have surely won. I settled and it ended up being a bad choice that would put me in a tougher position for the next go around. The second one, he didn't even show up for my trial and sent his brand new associate instead. The result of that trial, due to the lack of trial experience from his staffer, ended up with me getting hosed with child support and a 72 hr first right of refusal and my ex winning the case. Trying to get a record of my file was like pulling teeth...it literally took months of requesting it over and over again. Then, when I finally get the disk of my file, there was barely anything on it. I suggest spending the extra money and going with Sean Breen or a different law firm all together. I'm using COSHO Law now and have been much happier with the service and communication.
