Very reliant on software that fails them often. They are always late to perform their work. Late to process doc's, so the discounts don't apply. Look elsewhere

A great concept. Remember when you do business with a company that provides ROBS services, that they literally hold your future in their hands. If they do as they are supposed to, things are great. However, if they do not, it could lead to complete and total financial ruin and take out your life's work, retirement, and business in one fell swoop. I think a little inter-office training about the gravity of the services that they provide, on a regular basis, would make Guidant a better company.

Guidant Financial has been a phenomenal group with which to work. They walked us through the entire process of setting up our 401k and C-Corp. We have had positive experiences with every element of working with them over the course of the past year and a half. We want to give a special shout-out to Andy in customer service for reaching out to help us walk through the filing of our form 5500 which was problematic for us as a first time filer. This is a great company and we'd recommend them (and have) to everyone who would benefit from their services.

When I used to sell franchises for Nothing Bundt Cakes, I used Guidant Financial for my franchise funding needs and they were an INCREDIBLE partner and resource for us in our growth to almost 300 units. They offer unparalleled service and take extra care of people who are unfamiliar with obtaining a business loan. I would highly recommend working with them for any and all funding needs. In my 30 years of experience with franchising, I've had the occasion to use a number of different financing sources for franchise candidates. Guidant has by far been the best experience for us as a franchisor and for our candidates. I always provide my candidates options and when asked my opinion, I recommend Guidant.
