Extremely professional law firm. They are the only attorneys I have ever used that did not overcharge, they are fair and honest.

Erika Klein has represented me twice and both times I could not have been happier with her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to my case. Tore came highly recommended. She is a big advocate for kids and is a very good lawyer. She doesn't mess around and is very efficient at moving through the divorce process quickly. I interviewed 4 lawyers and she was the best. Listen to her and let her do her job and you won't be disappointed.

Stan Welsh is the worst attorney ever! He does not listen to his client and is only interested in billing you for the most money possible. If you have children you are fighting to protect he will sell you out and ruin your family forever. There are not enough horrible things I can say to describe him and his unethical practice. He should be disbarred and forced to make reparations to the families he has destroyed. I only hope there is a special place for someone like him to answer for all the unforgivable things he has done. I only clicked on one star so I could post this entry.

When a person is getting a divorce, and there are children involved, there is a strong feeling of vulnerability and an overwhelming list of questions. Tore is the type of attorney that will help you navigate through this process with integrity, honesty, best interests of the kids, and a strong knowledge of family law. She is well-prepared, meets all court deadlines and is very detailed-oriented. She also has paralegals that are kind, very organized and work with you to ensure the documentation is accurate. I highly recommend her and her team for someone getting a divorce.

I have had to use Stan Welsh a couple of times in my life. He is always accessible, works hard, answers tough questions, and gets right to the point whether you like it or not. In a business that charges a lot of money by the hour- getting the help you need quickly is a huge deal. I highly recommend Stan Welsh.

Mackenzie handled my case and was very professional and thorough. I had calculated what I thought was fair, and she pointed out that I was actually double-counting some things incorrectly, which would have resulted in my overpaying. She was almost too nice, while the opposing attorney was definitely unpleasant. In the end, everything went smoothly, she was knowledgeable and I ended up with a small refund from my initial deposit since the case was straightforward.

Erika Klein was recommended to me by someone who had Erika represent them in a long, drawn-out, expensive child custody battle. That should have been a red flag in retrospect, because Erika dragged my case out too...unnecessarily. Erika gave bad legal advice and did not have proper attention to detail, then lined her pockets when her missteps caused several extra rounds of negotiations. The additional negotiations that stemmed from Erika’s poor lawyering earned her an extra $1.9K, by the way. Overall I found her to be incredibly unprofessional and not nearly as knowledgeable in family law and contract law as she claimed to be. Don’t just rely on my opinion, ask around the legal community and you will get a better sense of Erika Klein’s reputation and character.
