Jeff Banks is a true professional and I was highly satisfied with my experience. Throughout my child custody case he was straightforward, supportive, and very attentive. Family law is extremely emotional and overwhelming but his expertise, professional insight, and guidance made the process a little less stressful. I highly recommend Jeff and his staff to anyone needing an attorney.

Laurie Gaffney, refuses to communicate with clients. Furthermore she will submit documents that have not only not been approved by the client but expressly told not to submit them in favor of documents that have been approved. A warning to all men thinking about using this firm- to the best of my knowledge there is only one male employee here and while they may profess to wanting to help you I believe they’re in it just for the money and as a whole are man-haters.

Jeff Banks - best attorney. He represented a family member in a divorce case and did an excellent job. Family member’s ex’s attorney had an expert witness that Mr. Banks had testifying for my family member by the time the case was over. He is straight forward and very clear as to what he can and will do. He is well worth the money. I would never go anywhere else for legal help.

Jeff banks is someone i would recommend to anyone. The whole staff has been great and very understanding. Jeff predicted what would happen both times I had used his knowledge.... he is a smart and very witty attorney. He will definitely have your opponent and their attorney jumping through hoops..... if he thinks your wrong he will tell you and advise you on things you should do. My kids had been taken from me by a vindictive ex wife. I trusted Jeff whole heartily and knew I would prevail in the end...... I can assure you Jeff wanted what was best for my kids and delivered big results..... he is a straight forward man and calls a spade a spade but he is also a very caring person as well...... he is and always will be my attorney of choice...... from my kids and myself a big thank you to you and your team........

I paid over $25,000 and didn’t see results. He was never very prepared and couldnt remember things I had discussed with him. Couldn’t even remember my kids names in court. He kept asking the same things over and over again. He messed up in court by not adding my two main witnesses as expert witnesses which made it so they couldn’t testify which destroyed my whole case....the only he said when it happened was “that’s my fault” but still made me paid $1000 to the witnesses for their time and about $1000 in His time in preparation and time in court for those witnesses. It was a joke. I also asked him to do a reconsideration on several items the judge messed up on after his judgement came back. These were mistakes that could have been proved by the court recordings but He only filed a reconsideration on one of the 5 times which ended up costing me time with my kids. My ex got more time with my kids because of his mistakes!!!!! He wouldn’t reimburse my money for his mistakes. Seemed like he was only for the money.

Laurie is a confident, competent, tenacious, intelligent, to-the-point, and all-around excellent lawyer! She will fight to give her clients their best possible outcome. Laurie and all of the staff communicates clearly, listens, advocates, and acts decisively. I highly recommend her!

I hired Jeff Banks from this office and he did a tremendous job with my case and for fighting for me and my daughter during custody proceedings and negotiations. It's great to have an attorney that fights for you and generally cares about you and your situation.

Jeff Banks represented me in a lengthy family law case. During that time, he showed great insight and offered reasonable options as we progressed. He was very sensible and could often predict exactly what the various outcomes would be. Even though he knew what he felt outcomes may be, he always let me choose how to proceed and managed my expectations very well. He has a calm demeanor and I felt confident I could trust his advise. Challis McNally was recommended to me as a strong, intelligent, advocate for a difficult case involving a very contentious family issue. I interviewed several potential attorneys and she was the only one whom I actually felt listened and had an understanding of the legal aspects of my families situation. Her knowledge and quiet self assurance made us sure that She would be able to skillfully negotiate the emotional issues of the case and apply the relevant legal issues so that the resolution would be positive for my family. I learned through the process, that I had been accused by opposing counsel of many untrue and nefarious things. (What’s new, right?) Challis vehemently challenged and overcame those allegations and proved them to be the absolute nonsense they were, while protecting my family from those hurtful allegations. She was able to do that because of her experience and the fact that she had prepared and done the research to know our case and the issues of our case. She took the time and patience to get to know us. In my opinion she understands that while this is her job, it is her clients life. It must be difficult to move from one emotionally charged confrontation to the next, and give it your attention, compassion, and energy, to successfully advocate your clients case, time and again. Only the good ones can do it. In my opinion, Challis McNally is one of the good ones. I’m thankful she was there when we needed her.
