Terrible people. Money hungry uncaring people. Will have you thinking you're on top of the world and then court hits and all of a sudden they back out of everything they said you would get as a conclusion. Paid over 4000 dollars to Jeffery banks for an amendment to custody. After over a year of drawn out dates ended up with almost exactly what I had before. Garbage people to their core

Challis Mcnally was AMAZING!! I highly recommend her if you need someone on your side! She is attentive, caring and delivers in the end! I know there is no guarantee that your case will win, but with her in your corner, your going to have the best shot!! She excelled when other attorneys (I only went through 5 before her(for the same case) have not! I cannot thank you enough Challis! Your a game changer!

Jeff Banks is the best attorney in town. He has been my attorney for years and I have always come out on top. He's sharp and a go getter!

To quote another reviewer, "Run, run, run!" Laurie initially bonded with me by lightening the mood and making fun of her other clients. I should have know that lack of professionalism was a bad sign. I paid for hours of meeting, phone calls, and emails putting together a solid case on the asset division of my divorce. I spent hours getting information and documentation together. After a slow start, she filed the wrong motion initially and left holes that allowed for the other attorney to file for different hearings etc, we finally got to court nearly a year later. The day of court she "forgot" about the many facts that were evidence. I nudged her and quietly brought a few of them up during the hearing by whispering of writing her notes. Her response was very angrily telling me the information was irrelevant or "stupid". That was the word she used for the information she asked me to get to her. I felt it was an absolute waste of my time and money. The final settlement has several loopholes in it and I can't really enforce it. Please use another attorney. She should not be practicing.

I was very disappointed in Ms. Gaffney. She promised so many thing and talked real tough. When it came down to court there was no communication AT ALL. As she walked with my daughter to court. She asked her now how old are your children and what are their ages. My daughter found out she had court the night before. The whole time my daughter was emailing the paralegal, that paralegal had quit. No one had informed her. Long story short we ended up paying a lot of money for very little work and found a new attorney.

Jeff did little work when it came to my case. I would bring in information and he wouldn't know what I was talking about. He didn't stay up to date and took a long time to return calls. Receptionist is rude, and he makes excuses for it. Basically, he did the minimum he could get away with. He didn't fight for me in court, or try. I was very disappointed in his service.

The worst lawyer you could hire, please do not hire this lawyer, she will suck you dry and talk trash behind your back to the opposite lawyer, believe me I thought she was good until I had her and I am beating myself up every day. My advise, run from this lawyer.

dont even deserve a star if you want someone who doesnt talk to you let alone update you on your case go here! i could of had my divorce papers turned in and it would of been done before they ever got started on the case. they were all really nice but you have to practicly babysit them if you want something done

I just asked Ms. Gaffney to help me in a divorce matter where I fired my attorney for a list of reasons and she told me she didn't want to get involved. My children are being taken away from me in 5 days and I need help to stop it! I have the email from her to prove this statement. I am wondering if it was because I refused to pay her the $295 for a chance to meet her and see if I want to hire her. I really don't like attorneys and my father was a NY state judge!
