Ron and his assistant Jan were awesome to work with during a not-so-good situation I found myself in while passing through Idaho. I was going back home to Texas, when i got a citation for inattentive or care less driving, which came under the classification of misdemeanor. I was shocked, as i was only speeding up to overtake another vehicle.Also the court appearances had to be in Idaho, while i lived in Texas. But Ron took control of the situation and got it knocked down to just a speeding infraction in just one session. And i did not have to be stressed about the whole process and never had to come to court. Totally satisfied with the professionalism by Ron and his team.

The whole time I dealt with them I was on the other side of the country and I never felt as though I was being “taken for a ride” because I was from out of state. After less than 2 months my case was DISMISSED and it couldn’t have happened without all of the help from Mr. Bird and Jan. Mr Bird was able to get all of my charges dismissed which included following too closely, open container in a vehicle, DUI, and a BAC refusal. Not only was he able to that for me but he did it while recovering from a surgery. I have nothing but gratitude and respect for this amazing man. I also can't leave out Jann who is an absolute saint. She kept my up to date on everything I needed to know and helped calm my nerves during the most stressful time in my life. I am eternally grateful for them and couldn't recommend them more.

From Felony to Freedom! A family member had a felony in Idaho. He was arrested and spent a night in jail. It was really scary. The legal process was complicated and quite long. But after hiring Ron Bird, we rested easier. He really knows all the in’s and outs of the courts. He got my relative’s felony removed and he was able to get probation only for two lesser offenses. We could never have done this without his help. He was worth every cent! Thank you Ron!

Ron Bird met with me right away, and his office always kept me up to date and always responded promptly when contacted. They found an Idaho State Supreme Court ruling that applied directly to my situation, that had been decided after my traffic stop arrest but before my court date, and was successful in applying that ruling to the facts of my case, and was able to have the DA dismiss my entire case! I owe so much Attorney Bird and his staff being diligent and really working hard to make sure that I was treated fairly under the law.

Mr. Bird helped me out at a time in my life when I needed him the most! At the time I was a single mother, and was facing loosing everything near and dear to me. He even worked with me on a payment plan for his fees. On our last day in court, it was only because of his own dedication, and personal foot work, that I was able to go home to my family that day!
