Yes I am going to say it "" If I could give Mr. Bird 10 stars I would"" I tried to get another lawyer to take our case but he never called me back, so I called Mr. Bird and I am so glad I did. For a flat fee he got BOTH misdemeanors DISMISSED. Yes you read that right ...both misdemeanors DISMISSED. Oh and not that this makes any difference but he was also the best dressed lawyer in the court room. He definitely takes his work serious . Thank You Mr. Bird

Mr Bird took a bad situation and made it entirely better. He had my speeding ticket and operating without a license reduced to a misdemeanor parking violation. I was staring at 6 months of jail time. Ron has done something that seemed impossible, I had an accident in my driveway, the police came with the ambulance and issued a citation for DUI, at the hospital against my will they took blood, the BAC was .328 which was then noted in the police report as excessive (4 times state level). Ron got all the charges dismissed! Amazing, this man truly saved my life, thanks Ron, I wish there were more stars! I would recommend this attorney to anyone without hesitation.

I live in another state but got a minor ticket passing through Fremont County, Idaho. I just cold-called Ron's office based on a Google search, and he couldn't have been more helpful despite my having no connection with him previously. He told me it was minor enough that it probably wouldn't be worth having him handle it himself, but he gave me some excellent advice in a short phone call that enabled me to talk to the prosecutor myself and get it reduced to 68 in a 65 to help with my insurance. I found him extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

Never again. My son ended up going with Ron Bird because Ron responded to my son's calls at the last minute, but it was a mistake and my son will be paying for the next few years because of it. Ron gave him a discount on his fees and didn't even earn the "reduced fee" that he charged. Without his office assistant, Ron wouldn't have had anything together. For the first two or three weeks after we'd payed Ron, he seemed to be on the ball, and he regularly returned our phone calls. When it came to time for hearings, he would often arrive late and even missed one of them. During the sentencing, it was incredibly disheartening to watch Ron ask the prosecutor about laws that Ron should have studied up on for his defense as well as asking for copies of documents that he should have had in his possession just minutes before they took the stand! He spent less than 5 hours visiting with my son regarding to his felony charges from start to finish. We have never been through anything like this before and we had no idea what to expect. We were left in the dark through most of the process. Disappointing.

I am speechless! Ron is the best! Helped my husband who was in a very worry-some situation. He is a very down to earth person and tells you like it is. Could not ask for a better outcome! Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a good lawyer! Thanks Ron! 10 stars!
