I have used Fred as my attorney since 1990. He has always had a professional caring side, and has never steered me wrong in decisions that I've been in or cases I've been against. He has a rough side about him, when he knows he's right in fighting for someone, but also a caring gentle side for the family when the case is very sensitive, due to a death in that family, and never forgets his purpose on doing his job to mark a win for the survivors of that family. We were referred by an out of town attorney to Racine Olsen. He contacted them and explained our situation—they agreed to meet with us. When we arrived for our appointment, the front desk had no record of which attorney our appointment was with—not sure how their scheduling system works but it wasn’t a good first impression. Once they figured out which attorney we were scheduled to meet, we were asked to provide the name(s) of the individuals/company we had a conflict with. The attorney told us he couldn’t help us because another attorney in the firm had represented them at some point. Why did they not collect this information and check it BEFORE scheduling the appointment? As it stands now, we lost over a week waiting for an appointment on a situation that needs immediate assistance. Not impressed with their lack of professionalism.

Fred is a fighter who cares about his clients. When the Idaho Workers Compensation Company takes benefits away from you Fred will be on your side to make sure you receive all Workers Compensation benefits to which you are legally entitled. I highly recommend Fred to all my friends.
