Nate was hired for a non-profit real estate deal and was very good with our purchase and sale transaction. He also worked with our CPA's to create the best tax scenario going forward. It was well worth the money we paid to have him in our corner.

Nathan solved my problem in less then a week. I contacted Nathan after spending 3 months making phone calls, writing emails, and combing through piles of documents.
