I’d give them no stars if I could. Set up an over the phone appointment, made a payment and waited two weeks for this appointment. Just to have them call me 30 minutes before the appointment to tell me they “misunderstood “ and don’t actually deal with this type of case. My brothers been in jail waiting for good news and now I have to tell him this. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
