Horrible Experience - I work in operations for a global legal department and interact with all types of attorneys from all levels in many countries. I have never had a worse expereience trying to get someone to respond to simple questions. A family member utilized this firm/attorney to handle her estate and passed away at the end of May 2022 - we have not received any communication in months - simple requests and questions go unanswered and standard, basic things like seeing a statement of their time and what they are charging the estate for their work has not been received by my famiy in nearly 6 months. Issues to not seem to get resolved and the lack of basic communication is astounding. I would never utilize this firm for myself and I cannot believe the county relies on them.

Jennifer Jones was amazing! She helped with the sale of our home in Batavia. She was so patient with all of our questions and explaining the process to us. After the sale we picked up our checks. We then noticed the checked issued to me had an incorrect middle initial. She had a replacement check with the correct name in less than 24 hours! Working with her was a pleasure!
