Alison and Bob Motta are fierce lawyers who went to battle for me! If you ever need a lawyer this is the firm to call

Mr. Motta helped us with a very contentious family matter where we were at a disadvantage and were losing hope we would be able to get what was rightfully ours. Through creativity, hard work and tough negotiating, Mr. Motta got us a settlement that was beyond our expectations.

Contacted in need of advice and guidance and he did so and some. An excellent lawyer who’s extremely knowledgble and helpful.

Very knowledgeable but there is no communication whatesoever. Only answers when he wants and doesnt return phone calls. Every court date he seemed to be lost to what was going on since there was no communication with others in firm. No interest noted on my case since he didnt return phone calls after stressful court dates. I understand the firm is busy but keeping current customers in mind would be great. Glad case is over and Will not hire again.

If you're guilty they will happily suck your parents savings account unsuccessfully defending you.

As a struggling, hard working single Mother there were many days, weeks, months I lost hope that my son and I would ever see justice, in what can be a never ending court system and process , that at times, one feels helpless and forgotten. In so many cases, like mine, single parents give up hope, primarily for financial reasons or from frustration, given a system that doesn't give us a voice, we are silenced by a process that can dehumanize us and our children. I can't tell you how many firms I contacted, legal aid services offices and to my dismay, I felt as if I was just a number, inconsequential. The lack of empathy was at times heartbreaking. From the outset, I finally felt that I was being heard, not being discouraged by being told my case was hopeless or that I would never be able to afford the court costs. This was a hard case, it would be a struggle for justice to be served, but at no such time was I discouraged, as I knew I was in more than capable hands. I was being represented by a firm that didn't just look at my son and I as a dollar sign. In the end, what seemed impossible, what little to no hope I had left dissipated. Motta & Motta made the impossible happen. It was beyond any expectations I thought possible. At times, I could not pay in full, but they worked with me on a payment plan because they believed so strongly in my case, the injustice that my son and I had suffered through years of court politics and a system who would rather disregard single parents who may not have the monetary means to fight a drawn out court battle. That said, we are eternally grateful. I write this to anyone dealing with a divorce or custody issue, it may look dark at times, dismal even, but there is hope, and the firm you want behind you is Motta & Motta LLC.

Was very direct with me and truly gave me peace of mind regarding my situation. She was very kind and understanding of the situation. Alison succeeded on my case dismissed rather handily when 2 other attorneys failed miserably at having my case rightfully dismissed over the course of 14 months.

Alison and Bob are awesome! They care about you even when it seems no one else does. Knowing they have my back when it seems it's me vs. the world, means everything to me.

Bob was very patient yet aware of when to fight and when to back off to keep the Judge's favor. The only problem I had was some communication issues which require the client to maintain. Bob was always available however via text and did a great job.
