I hired Casey Hunt and his law offices to handle the reinstatement of my license after a solid 5-6 years of not having it. I had a prior attorney but wasn’t that pleased with him when going for my initial reinstatement restricted driving permit. This is when I met with Casey and ended up going with him. Let me say I was beyond pleased with deciding to use Casey. Not only his knowledge but his connections and relationships with people within so many court houses is amazing. Instead of getting another RDP (restricted driving permit) Casey managed to get me FULL reinstatement. Casey was responsive as well as his secretarial staff. Always warm and welcoming and handle my scenario like they’ve done it a million times. Thanks Casey and team!! I officially got my license back as of yesterday!!

Please do not consider hiring the team at Hunt & Subach. The level of disregard, incompetence, and unprofessionalism that they have demonstrated over the past 3 months warrants discussion: - I have had to email them weekly since closing, which took place 3 months ago, regarding the final check. The first time there was any response was right before Memorial Day, and there was no acknowledgment or reasoning for the delay. - The check did not arrive after 2 weeks of being mailed. When they asked me why the check was undeliverable and showed me the envelope, it was evident that they didn't check that their team had put the wrong address down - particularly embarrassing when the address is clear on a deal that closes on a home. I spent 2 hours driving in order to pick up the check due to their oversight. - When I said the amount of the check was incorrect and they asked why I thought that, I shouldn't have had to show them the email that they had sent with the amounts, asking me to verify them. - The receptionist was the only apologetic individual in this situation, which was in regards to how long the wait was at the office. "I'm sorry you feel that way" and "don't worry" are not apologies or explanations. - You probably shouldn't escort clients into a conference room that reflects their disorganization, including the towering piles of documents that prohibit anyone from sitting or using the space. - Finally, if escrow is as they described - "complicated and so much behind the scenes that you wouldn't know and understand:" it is clear from the previous bullet points that they haven't been able to master it themselves.

Couldn't be happier. Marshall Subach was the best. Easiest most professional legal transaction ever. Would highly recommend.
