Don and team are extremely prompt, organized and professional. They helped bring us up to speed on the various legal aspects of purchasing our first home, which in Chicago can be particularly complex. We felt Don's team took time to understand our positions, goals, concerns and priorities. They advocated for us effectively and gave us confidence we were leveraging every available asset and resource - especially during the negotiation phase. We would use their services again. Overall, the team provides an excellent service at a competitive rate.

Worked with Don and his team for 3 real estate transactions and would recommend and use again. In particular, one of the transactions did have a hiccup (I can comfortably say caused by the other client's attorney) and it was ironed out by Don and we were able to close same day as expected. In that instant Don and his team went above and beyond to make it happen.
