If you a young BLACK father needing help with establishing your rights as a father, Mr. diggs is not for you. The promises he make when he is trying to secure you as a client, will be broken. It will come a point where you wonder why it’s taking so long for the case. If your on a payment plan your case will seem like it’s never going to end until he collects all of his funds! He has a 3 miss payment policy that will cause him to withdraw from your case no matter what cause you to miss payments. This is a MONEY HUNGRY ATTORNEY. PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED DRY WITH NO RESULTS TO YOUR CASE

This guy is a joke !!! What kind of guy steals 5000$ from a disabled person . He makes all kinds of promises of filing motions and making your voice heard…. But does absolutely nothing and breaks his word. He knew I had to make a Gofund me account to pay his 5k to represent me, in order to start seeing my daughter . Mr. Diggs failed to file affidavit for financials that he said he did and because of that Its messed up my court case. Mr Diggs also withdrew from my case after I asked him why he was not doing the things he told me he was gonna do . I would stay very clear of this law firm unless you wanna screw your case up bad! Or maybe not paying in full like I did .

This lawyer provided highly profesional , balaced advice. Very knowledgeable in his field of expertise, approachable, works well with clients. I would highly recommend his services.
