Phil Bareck went above and beyond for me. I was injured at work and felt I was treated unfairly while out on leave. Phil listened to me every step of the way and fought a fight most wouldn’t. It was a very long and tiring battle but he never once gave up. He kept me in the loop and asked my opinions on everything. If you are looking for someone to fight for you Phil is your guy!!

Absolutely the best legal experience I've heard from anyone and arrival at justice in a difficult case. My company used an IME which lied. It was easily shown to the arbitrator and Mrs. Bridgette Kolb ensured justice and a fair outcome, recovering all of my lost workers compensation and covering a partial loss of my body due to the injury. I could not imagine a more effective or elite attorney.

Like many of us, this is my first time going through a divorce. I knew nothing of the process. Elizabeth was compassionate, helped me decrease my stress level as we took one step at a time. Very unprofessional they have held my case for 17 months and it has been a fight from the very beginning for this firm to just represent me like they would represent any injury case .. I can’t get one on the phone and they literally have no clue on the law … my case is gonna sit on the shelf simply because it’s not worthy of them doing there job.please don’t bring any case to this firm because they are a prime example of the commercial attorney who just wants to grab all cases but have no real intent on assisting u in a very delicate and sensitive matter… lots of pain ,suffering ,loss wages and broken promises from this law group… thank you Amy witherite ,Chris provost , ofelia Sanchez , and Javier Rodrigues…Big law firm name and not enough effort to match it … still in pain bank account is in the negative and 17 months later my case is at the batters box!!!!!!
