Scam alert !! I went onto the website and clicked a link to get a free consultation. I never get a phone call or anything from them however they email me an invoice as if I have already hired them when I responded to their email saying that I never spoke with them nor consulted with them at all, and that I don’t wish their services if they cannot just answer a simple question before considering higher them, I got something saying that I owed $725. This is highly unethical and scammy. I will also be reporting them to the American Bar Association and I recommend that you never use these people

I really enjoyed working with Richard and highly recommend him. Richard and his staff are thorough, and my process (for my mom) was smooth and successful. My mom received her green card within 5 months. If you work with Richard, he is going to be direct and upfront with you, plus he’s very reachable. If you have an issue, you can get him on the phone, different than some other places that always have their assistant call you. Having a professional and expert like Richard by my side, made the entire process feel stress free.

Jonathan has been no help at all. I have not received a penny in over a year. He ignores me. I am still in so much pain from suffering a horrible sprain and repeated aggravated work related injury. I have not gotten any mris. Iwas sent to see an orthopedic specialist over two months ago and still no result from the ime results! He has gotten me nowhere. There is something wrong with my back due to my companys negligence. I also have no cartilage and have aestoarthritis for the rest of my life due to my company. He hasn't not been any help in over a year. He is not motivated to help me. I have not seen any results. I have to constantly repeat everything to him and his assistant over and over again. He is wasting my time , mind you I am a single mother with two beautiful angels that depend on me.

I want to thank Amy Witherite and all staff for making my Christmas wish come true. Without y'all, I wouldn't have been able to cook my meals, especially around the holidays. Right now, I'm cooking at my daughter's home to fulfill the grandchildren's cookies. I love to bake and cook. We bought a stove second hand and the oven went out. I can't imagine cooking without an oven. Well I submitted my Christmas wish under the tree thru FM93.9 and Amy Witherite. I was called!!!!! I cried but my tears were full of joy. We were very pleased with the service we received from Phillip Bareck. He initially was able to get my surgery approved after Workman’s Comp insurance refused to approve it for 6 months. After my initial surgery and subsequent 3 more surgeries to repair my rotator cuff injury, Phil was very supportive and most importantly, concerned about my wellbeing. He was upfront and honest with us every step of the process and was able to get us the highest settlement possible with our case. I am still surprised that I was blessed with a Christmas wish from Amy Witherite. You have a heart of gold and a servants heart. My family will spend our 1st Christmas away from home, but because of the blessing we were given we will spend it with my oldest daughter in Atlanta who couldn’t come home. We enjoyed Atlanta!
