Like many of us, this is my first time going through a divorce. I knew nothing of the process. Elizabeth was compassionate, helped me decrease my stress level as we took one step at a time. Her voice is calming which I believe makes a real difference. She is organized and let me know what step wewere on but she made sure I did not get overwhelmed at the same time. I have already passed her number on to other women who need help becoming empowered. Most communication was through e-mail with maybe 3 phone calls peppered in as needed. Very unprofessional they have held my case for 17 months and it has been a fight from the very beginning for this firm to just represent me like they would represent any injury case .. I can’t get one on the phone and they literally have no clue on the law … my case is gonna sit on the shelf simply because it’s not worthy of them doing there job.please don’t bring any case to this firm because they are a prime example of the commercial attorney who just wants to grab all cases but have no real intent on assisting u in a very delicate and sensitive matter… lots of pain ,suffering ,loss wages and broken promises from this law group… thank you Amy witherite ,Chris provost , ofelia Sanchez , and Javier Rodrigues…Big law firm name and not enough effort to match it … still in pain bank account is in the negative and 17 months later my case is at the batters box!!!!!!

Mr. Diggs was very supportive and patient throughout my case. He always put my child's needs first and worked tirelessly to secure a positive outcome that allowed for maximum stability for my children. Scam alert !! I went onto the website and clicked a link to get a free consultation. I never get a phone call or anything from them however they email me an invoice as if I have already hired them when I responded to their email saying that I never spoke with them nor consulted with them at all, and that I don’t wish their services if they cannot just answer a simple question before considering higher them, I got something saying that I owed $725. This is highly unethical and scammy. I will also be reporting them to the American Bar Association and I recommend that you never use these people

Mr Comerford has been the best advocate for my Husband. He is patient and has kept us appraised of every step. I really enjoyed working with Richard and highly recommend him. Richard and his staff are thorough, and my process (for my mom) was smooth and successful. My mom received her green card within 5 months. If you work with Richard, he is going to be direct and upfront with you, plus he’s very reachable. If you have an issue, you can get him on the phone, different than some other places that always have their assistant call you. Having a professional and expert like Richard by my side, made the entire process feel stress free.
