I paid the lawyer complete fee upfront because i didn't want a monthly bill, but I have come to learn that I should have paid in installments so If I'm not satisfied with the service I could have discontinued the service at anytime! Since hiring Mr. Eric diggs firm I have not had such poor communication and felt so under served in my life! I had to find out about when my lawyer "quote on qoute "went to court on my behalf was from my yelling kids mom (just because I want to be able to be a Father to my child) and not my lawyer! I have to call and set an appointment with him to just address things he should be calling about S.m.h! Then when I do finally talk to him he don't have any of my info available and ask me question about things he was suppose take care of, where do they do that at.....diggs law firm. I hired this firm a little over a year ago and I have talked to him a hand full of times because of the poor communication and now I don't talk to the firm at all... he's not returning calls at this point. I'm totally not satisfied and just chalked this up to a lesson learned! Beware before you hire this firm!

I have been working with Aura Lichtenberg and Jason Adess after I fired another high powered firm. My case is complex and Aura Lichtenberg has been a life-saver. She knows what she is doing and is prompt. Her attitude towards me was sincere and she was extremely helpful explaining things. She also did a spectacular job of cleaning up the mess my last firm made and quickly getting my case to mediation.

Attorney Mike Davis has been an incredible legal coach over the past year during a dispute with my condo association over a parking pass. He was introduced to me by another attorney who'd heard great things about him. She didn't practice in the area that he did. To my absolute surprise, he told me his rates were going to be higher than my asking price in small claims court. I was both dumbfounded and intrigued that he (sorta) turned me down. That made me want to work with him more. Although my head was buried in every single legal book I could get my hands on in order to handle this case pro se, even figuring out how to fill out forms and knowing what to submit proved to be a challenge. (It also made me fully understand why attorneys get paid what they do because i wanted to get myself a raise for representing me!) He still worked with me but in a different capacity. If not for his help along the way, I honestly don't think I would've gotten the judgment I got or learned ALL of the information that will stay with me long after the case was over. He listens as well as he gives instructions, and it's really hard to find professionals that can do both well. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I am currently a client of Mr.Diggs. Normally you would write a review once you have completed your case, but I just felt it was appropriate to express the gratitude I have for Mr.Diggs at this time. I have been a client of his just hitting a year in March this year. Some may say I have been in court too long, but what I can say as his client Mr.Diggs has been an amazing attorney throughout this process. He has answered every call and email I have sent. He has called at late hours 7,8,9pm to make sure I am okay and have all my questions and concerns answered. He has went out of his way to make sure I am okay. He builds trust with his clients and he certainly has done that with me. I appreciate everything Mr. Diggs has done and I know he will continue to fight for what's in the best interest of my child. My case is very close to being wrapped up and I can't express it enough how thankful I am of Mr.Diggs. Everything has worked 99.9% how Mr.Diggs said it would. If I needed to go back into court once my case is finalized I would use Mr.Diggs, If anyone is looking for a Family Law attorney Mr.Diggs will be my first and only recommendation. As a parent who is fighting in a custody battle, some parents are so in tune with their case cause their child/children are their world, I assure you Mr.Diggs is very intune with his cases.
