I'm not sure who works the secretarial work for this business but they need a lesson in phone etiquette when dealing with clients. She did not give a name and was very rude and pushy over the phone.

It was a smooth experience. His attorney fees were $175 to represent me as the seller in a condo transaction in River North. His communication was good and process was organized. He makes more money from the transaction by providing different title related services, but I think most lawyers do this anyway. I'd use him again.
