There were times during this process when I felt we were not winning, but she explained what was going on. The end result was fair to both parties and we won the key points that she argued. My daughter and I enjoyed this event. We were grateful for the food, fun, and entertainment. I do feel like there needed to be a little more structure due to the fact that quite a few of the adults forgot that the event was children based and were rude and pushy. My daughter has a specialty and was in her transport chair. Adults were literally pushing and shoving her and I as I guided her around, also in the lines. Some of the staff instead of redirecting those that were rude and disrespectful in the lines just continued to service the people. In a sense they made those types of situations no better and even more uncomfortable for her and I. Thank you for everything and the opportunity.
