I was facing 3-5 in the joint on a felony probation violation. Big Mitch filed a motion to vacate my conviction on a related case and did an extensive research ultimately resulting in a full dismissal.. If I could vote 6 stars, Id be on that, cause thats how many stars freedom with family represents.

If your looking for a DUI lawyer look no further. He has affordable rates and takes payment plans. He has plenty experience and personally help me afford getting charged with a second DUI. He made the state trooper testify, discredited his testimony, and got my case thrown out because the officer did not have a reasonable cause to pull me over. He was able to get the videotape and defended me very professionally. Best possible option hands down.

Mitch was the attorney on my son's case and he diligently worked the case which had 3 charges against my son. We had very favorable outcomes and it was due to Mitch's professionalism and expertise with the law. First let me start by saying THANK YOU doesn't quite cover it. Robert is an exceptional attorney! I am someone who was brought to this country as a child and had been struggling with legal status and finding a truly trustworthy lawyer for years. I got married 7 years ago and a couple years later my husband and I decided to try to get help. I met with numerous lawyers some of which suggested that I do some really sketchy things, like get my self detained and ask to speak to a Judge. Well to make the story shorter, Robert was the only lawyer we spoke to a few years ago who was truly honest with us about my chances of leaving the country and being approved for the extreme hardship pardon. You may have read several reviews while trying to decide on the right attorney for your situation. If your research has led you to this website then your search can end here. Mitch Furman is an excellent choice for the job. I was in an unfortunate DUI situation where the police found me asleep in my vehicle and tried to charge me with a DUI. From the first court date until the last where I was found NOT GUILTY, Mitch was there every step of the way exceeding all of my expectations. I hope to never be in such an unfortunate predicament again however for those of you facing similar circumstances without a doubt Mitch Furman is the one you should call.

Mr Furman represented my firm last year. While it was an open & shut case in my favor, Mitch still did a great job. He is punctual & precise in everything that he does. He answers his phone personally most of the time. If you get his voice mail, he will return the call as soon as he can. I called him repeatedly with all kinds of questions. He answered all of them with patience & understanding. Mr Furman prepared me & my partner to testify. He is extremely knowledgeable about the fine points of law. Mitch is able to translate complex legal ease into simple, easy to understand layman's terms. He came to my office on several occasions to coach me on what to expect in court.
