I started working with Ben as my attorney on my divorce years ago, and cannot overstate how much I have appreciated his wise and measured counsel over the years. I'm not sure who works the secretarial work for this business but they need a lesson in phone etiquette when dealing with clients. She did not give a name and was very rude and pushy over the phone.
