I've been working with Mr. Kottaras for well over a year and it's truly been a pleasure. Communication is great and I truly value his advice and opinions. Mr. Kottaras has handled numerous files for our company and whether they required five minutes or 500 days, Mr. Kottaras exercised extreme patience and professionalism and always kept our company's best interest in mind.

I was referred to James Kottaras, as a real estate attorney, to handle the legal aspects of our new home purchase. James was extremely thorough, patient, and detail-oriented with my wife, and I, as we were nervous new homeowners. It was a smooth experience. His attorney fees were $175 to represent me as the seller in a condo transaction in River North. His communication was good and process was organized. He makes more money from the transaction by providing different title related services, but I think most lawyers do this anyway. I'd use him again.
