I had a similar experience to the other one star rating below. Robert told me he could help, was an open and shut case according to him, then he dropped off the face of the earth. He was always either on vacation or away from the office. I’ve been given 2-3 different cell phone numbers for him, all of which are no longer in service. I then received a letter 2 months later randomly saying he can no longer take my case...no explanation, no phone call...nothing. You have a better shot getting the attorney general on the phone than you do getting a hold of Mr. Fakhouri. The lack of professionalism was astounding. I am now trying to get my files transferred, as I have found a competent attorney willing to take my case, so we will see how much time passes before I’m able to get that done. Absolutely ridiculous.

My husband and I hired Robert to handle our marriage based residency case. We met with several attorneys. Robert was our last one. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We didn't feel rushed at all. After we walked out of the consultation my husband and I looked at each and knew Robert was the one. This process can be complicated, but Robert and his team made it very simple. His legal assistant, Daniel, was a pleasure to work with. They were both very responsive, which is important in dealing with these matters. He prepared us for our final interview and everything turned out great! No problems, no issues. Great job guys!!!

The best legal group I've ever worked with in my life. Justin Hoefflicker and his team went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. We are a small digital health startup, and without Justin, our company would potentially not be able to continue operations. He helped us secure an H1B visa for our Technical Co-Founder, and went above and beyond through preparation of materials, explaining the process, answering a million follow-up questions (that's an understatement), taking the time to meet and discuss contingencies when he absolutely didn't have to, helping us file a complete Request-for-Evidence (RFE) and not charging us for the additional work, and ultimately, helping us secure the H1B in the end. Even if we hadn't gotten the H1B, I'd still be submitting this review as it's fully merited and Milla & Associates is by far the best legal group I've ever worked with. They're honest, they actually care, they do great legal work at appropriate rates, they actually follow through, they get everything done on time, and they go above and beyond to make sure expectations are set correctly in what can be a very difficult and touchy legal-sphere (immigration). I am extremely grateful for having had the opportunity to work with them, and I wish we had a similar experience with every legal group we had to work with. Thank you Justin and team.

Abogada altamente profesional y extremadamente calificada en el área de inmigración Iniciamos con mi novio, los trámites para una visa de prometida, creyendo que este procedimiento era rápido y sencillo, pero no fue así, la primera abogada que contratamos lo complicó todo, nunca respondió a nuestras dudas y cero comunicacion con ella, mis dudas las resolvia como yo podía, teniendo a la abogada contratada, pueden creerlo. Llego el dia de la entrevista y una vez concluida, me entregaron una hoja donde me notificaron que era inelegible de acuerdo a lo que establece el artículo 221 g de la Ley de Inmigracion y Nacionalidad. Esto fue lo que nos obligó a buscar a otro abogado y nos recomendaron a la firma de Milla y Asociados, y fue ahí donde nos canalizaron directamente con la abogada Lauren Mcgee (Ella es bilingue), le confiamos nuestro caso y nos brindo respeto, profesionalismo y comunicación al 100%, se acabaron las preocupaciones y el estrés. Mi VISA DE PROMETIDA FUE APROBADA sin complicaciones, estoy extremadamente feliz y seguiremos trabajando con la abogada para el ajuste de estatus migratorio. Si usted tiene algún caso de inmigración, les recomiendo ampliamente, los servicios profesionales de la abogada Lauren Mcgee, les aseguró que no se arrepentirán.
