It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Robert Milla, as he is precious and comforting to work with. He offered me free consultation; which was very informative and help me understand my options. He is expert, professional, decent, respectful, humble and trust-worthy. I feel so grateful and blessed to know him and work with him in my case. He is very knowledgeable and informed me with all I needed to know and what to expect in my case. During the time of my case, he kept me fully informed, and responded to all my questions and concerns through phone and emails. He prepared the case accurately and prepared me very well to what to expect in my interview. My case was approved without any delays. I have already recommended him without hesitation to my family and friends and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an immigration case attorney.

I was facing 3-5 in the joint on a felony probation violation. Big Mitch filed a motion to vacate my conviction on a related case and did an extensive research ultimately resulting in a full dismissal.. If I could vote 6 stars, Id be on that, cause thats how many stars freedom with family represents.

Mitch was the attorney on my son's case and he diligently worked the case which had 3 charges against my son. We had very favorable outcomes and it was due to Mitch's professionalism and expertise with the law. The judge even told my son that he should appreciate what Mitch has done for him because he went above and beyond. I highly recommend Mitch and his law firm as he was able to get one of his attorneys at my son's first court date on very short notice and Mitch was easy to get a hold off and also responded to my calls or emails within a day.

Robert is one of the best and most trustworthy attorneys I have ever met or worked with. Before contracting him to work on our successful H1-B petition, our firm researched 17 different attorneys in Chicago and in Wisconsin, and we interviewed 4. What separates Robert from others is his commitment to winning and his willingness to fight for you, regardless of how hard it might get or how long it takes. He does not use his law degree or the severity of a case to intimidate you or, unlike some, he does not use fear as a way of getting you to hire him. Instead, you can sense from the get-go that he does this as a matter of calling: he wants to help people win their immigration battles because it is the right thing to do. He is down to earth, relatable, yet very effective. His ability to use language seamlessly to drive a point home was quite remarkable and refreshing to see. He is tactful, but does not shy away from stating the facts aggressively and in a manner that makes the arguments stick. This is not something many attorneys know how to do. He was also very responsive and very sensitive to avoid misunderstandings in any regard. He asked and listened to the feedback and was not focused on anything else but to get the job done--which is both rare and extraordinary. He was also very flexible with payments and the entire process. Robert is a down to earth, caring guy and a very, very competent attorney who will take care of you. First let me start by saying THANK YOU doesn't quite cover it. Robert is an exceptional attorney! I am someone who was brought to this country as a child and had been struggling with legal status and finding a truly trustworthy lawyer for years. I got married 7 years ago and a couple years later my husband and I decided to try to get help. I met with numerous lawyers some of which suggested that I do some really sketchy things, like get my self detained and ask to speak to a Judge. Well to make the story shorter, Robert was the only lawyer we spoke to a few years ago who was truly honest with us about my chances of leaving the country and being approved for the extreme hardship pardon. Per his advice we decided to first get my DACA approved, which we did successfully. He pays attention to the details. We received no further request for evidence, & it was all over in 2 months. He made us feel very comfortable with the entire process and I was not as intimidated, as I had been in the past with other lawyers that I had worked with. He was always responsive by email or phone and kept us well-informed. Which helped manage any anxiety we might have otherwise had. For the first time in my 26 years in this country I have some normality to my life! With DACA secured, next I look forward to working with Robert on our marriage case and becoming a permanent resident! I know I can trust Robert to guide us through whatever is needed. I've worked with Mitch Furman on complex cases, and he helped me to get my licence back and I am really satisfied the result. My previous attorney he always appeared late and when I tried to contact him, his secretary answered phone and sometimes it took a week to get the answer back. Mr Furman represented my firm last year. While it was an open & shut case in my favor, Mitch still did a great job. He is punctual & precise in everything that he does. He answers his phone personally most of the time. If you get his voice mail, he will return the call as soon as he can. I called him repeatedly with all kinds of questions. He answered all of them with patience & understanding. Mr Furman prepared me & my partner to testify. He is extremely knowledgeable about the fine points of law. Mitch is able to translate complex legal ease into simple, easy to understand layman's terms. He came to my office on several occasions to coach me on what to expect in court. He goes above & beyond the call of duty. So with all that being said, you might think he over charges for his services. Well, no lawyer works for pennies but I found Mr Furman's fees to be resonable. He did not come up with any bogus fees. He charged me exactly what he said he would & not a penny more!! I think that is rare!!
