Excellent Lawyer!! It was a great opportunity for having Robert Milla as my lawyer in adjusting my immigration status. I highly recommend him!! I consulted few lawyers before but when the first time I met Robert, I felt so comfortable and decided to hire him right away. I am really thankful and very satisfied with his services. Until now I still can't believe that it's not even a week after the interview, I got my Green Card so quickly! I will definitely continue my business with him until I get my citizenship and to help out my family to get here in the US. And also his assistant, Maria did a great job on helping me and answering all my questions regarding my case.

My name is Dennis . Me, and my wife Irina applied for a greencard for her based on our marriage ( I'm an US citizen) We tried to get our case forward , because we have waited a LOT for a decision. (seems like USCIS forgot about our case...) . To begin with: We had done everything for our case, we prepared it in full basically, so the lawyer had just a tiny bit of a job. His assistant, Maria, spelled my wifes last name wrong in the paperwork she filled, which is A CRUCIAL MISTAKE in such things!!! Although , we had an option to file for Mandamus on our case to force USCIS to take a decision in a strict timeframe, he didn't tell us about it a word (we found that out from another lawyer). Also, we wanted to book an appointment with Mr. Milla, (since we hired him) , his assistant Maria had always a way not to book us , stating that he had no time. So, in the end , we hired another lawyer that was competent enough to tell us that we had a legal option to force USCIS to take an immediate decision on our case (Mandamus) , for which we applied and got a positive result after not even a month! We do not recommend Mr. Milla , or his assistant, Maria to take care of your immigration things. The money paid are gone in vain.

At first i was curious of what Lawyers (in general) do to make their income and i wasn't impressed until i see the result, that is just being me (Marine Vet). I learned that he is half Filipino, but that didn't change my opinion about lawyers even if he is a son of a fellow Marine Vet. With his high caliber of knowledge in/on immigration law, he walks and talks with the mission on his every foot steps. I highly recommend him to every Filipino and Military Veterans. I have been petitioning my other siblings ever since my father passed away and i will have to call him again to save my day to bring my family here in USA just like what my father wants.

We used Milla and Associates for our recent marriage based green card application. Whilst our case was relatively straight forward we were very glad we hired Robert to file our application. Robert did a great job at explaining the process to us as well as guiding us through each step of the application. All our questions were answered, and our paperwork filed, in a timely fashion. Justin Hoefflicker worked with me through two years to apply on green card through employment-based, he is knowledgeable.
