Prior to hiring Robert we went to about 10 other attorneys. All other Attorneys gave me the same answers as if reading from a script. Basically telling me I was a lost cause, and would not be able to receive permanent residency in the united states ever. Finally we met with Robert for a free consultation, he not only gave us far more options than the other attorneys, but he was very thorough in explaining all our options.
We moved forward and hired Robert to handle our case, We applied for permanent residency, despite prior attorneys telling me I had no chance, as we wanted a permanent solution. We submitted around mid October 2016, the application process was simple and explained to us well by Robert. We also applied for an advanced parole/travel document and a work authorization card. Both got approved and mailed fairly quick. My wife and i traveled to Cancun, Mexico with my advanced parole/travel document. We had absolutely no issues leaving or entering the united states. It went as smooth as it could of possibly went.
We got scheduled for an interview on August 17, 2017 since we were applying for permanent residency through marriage. The interview was probably about 20 min at most, Robert was there to answer any questions I couldn't answer. He was there with any missing paperwork that we forgot to take. After about 20 min or so, the immigration official says "Im going to go ahead and approve your case, you should be receiving your green card in 30-45 days". The interview went so smooth, we had no issues what so ever.
We are now waiting for the green card to be mailed.
Robert did his job and did it well. He submitted and filed the applications correctly the first time and never missed anything. He's an honest attorney, doing what he can to help families. His rates are cheaper than most of the other attorneys we met for a consultation. Don't know what else to say, but he's a great guy. If you're looking for a great immigration attorney, hire Robert.
Update:
Exactly 7 days after the interview I received the permanent residency card in the mail on August 24, 2017
With President Trump getting rid of DACA, I am so glad we did not listen to the other attorneys who said DACA was my only option. Thankfully, we applied for permanent residency with Robert.

For the better part of my career I have been providing insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses both large and small with their employee benefit programs. I have worked at small and large firms alike, and as I get ready to head toward retirement, in 2014 I started my own boutique insurance brokerage firm maintaining a modest book of business of several hundred clients. One of the areas I specialize in is Disability Income Insurance. Many times a client will reach out to me for advice because they have become disabled and cannot perform "the regular duties of their job," only to find out that the disability insurance they bought or which was provided by a previous employer will not pay out the disability claim. The language in a disability insurance policy is very intricate and can be very confusing. In the past 35 years, insurance carriers have changed the definition of what "disability" is. Initially, “Your Own Occupation” was defined as the actual occupation you performed, if you were a surgeon and could not perform "the substantial and material duties of "Your Regular Occupation;" and you are under the regular care of a physician appropriate for your injury or illness," the carrier would pay benefits even if you return to work in another occupation. Then, the definition migrated to a “Modified Own Occupation,” meaning "You are unable to perform the substantial and material duties of "Your Regular Occupation; and you are not engaged in any other occupation; and you are under the regular care of a physician appropriate for your injury or illness," as a more generic definition. Further, some carriers eliminated “Own Occupation” completely, and now we see definitions such as "Any Occupation;" meaning "because of injury or illness "You are unable to perform the substantial and material duties of Your Occupation, or Any Occupation for which you are deemed reasonably qualified by education, training, or experience." It's all very confusing, not to mention the various riders available to add on more benefit rich coverage. In addition to these shifting definitions of “Total Disability” are the nuances of "Residual Disability,” “Recovery Benefits,” “Life-Time Benefits,” “COLAs," "Business Overhead Expense" etc. David Bryant and his team at Bryant Legal Group PC know these disability policies, their language and the disability marketplace thoroughly. I have referred many clients whose claims have been denied because of the ever-evolving definition of what disability actually is. David is a master of all of these nuances. If you need help with an application, an appeal, or just a better understanding of your coverage, David and his team are an indispensable resource, and they get results. I cannot think of anyone else who I would entrust my clients' needs.

Joshua Haid is awesome. He's super intelligent, easy to talk to, and most importantly, he's genuine. As I'm sure you know, the latter isn't something to be said of most attorneys. Words cannot describe how much he has done for my son and I. I am eternally grateful and highly recommend him to anyone in need.

Being unable to practice because of health reasons is a fate I would not wish on anyone. Physicians are not inclined to collect “disability” benefits unless they absolutely have to. Problems with one’s health not only leaves you physically weak and also places you at an emotional disadvantage to make the necessary tough choices. Having a disability policy to cover business overhead and loss of income is key, but so is navigating the policy's benefits. Even policies which provide coverage for loss of income from the current occupation can be tricky to navigate. Attorney David Bryant showed great competence in managing all aspects, from the closure of my practice to negotiation with insurance companies.
Many old policies gave protection of income from a specific specialty. Some even gave lifetime benefits. However, for someone who is not functioning anywhere near 100%, the application process can be daunting. It involves both documentation of business finances along with providing detailed medical information. Competent help with the process is certainly needed.
To this end, I feel Attorney Bryant is extremely competent and efficient. At no time did I feel taken advantage and his firm's efficiency more than made up for the prices touted by rock bottom firms. In short, you get what you pay for and oftentimes you end up paying less going with a well-established competent firm.
I would like to give my whole-hearted thanks to Attorney Bryant and his firm who helped me through a rocky period in my life.

My Attorney Joshua Haid was the most professional Attorney I have ever hired. I have used two other Lawyers one for my divorce who was completely incompetent. The second was for appealing my divorce through the appellate court which I lost. Then I hired Josh and got exactly what I wanted in ONE court date trial. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a divorce lawyer.

Robert Fakhouri, the man behind the firm, the leader of the pact, the unstoppable human who wants to see peace and justice for all who deserve it.
It started off years and years back, as Robert aka Robby, being my best friend's brother, to then being my friend, to then being my lawyer, someone who changed my life.
It has been almost a year since my whole life has changed.
This is how my story goes.
I, by no means ride motorcycles, but, my friend had one, and the second time I got on it, I never knew it would be my last. We were on the highway, and the next thing you know, I woke up in an ambulance.
It was a hit and run accident. I was out of work for almost 2 months straight, bed ridden and unable to do anything myself.
I was in horrible pain, not only physically, but mentally.
I have been a health freak and athlete my whole life and after the accident I felt so defeated. I had pain all over my body that would not go away.
After weeks had past, and chronic pain all over my body, I began to speak with the insurance company and had almost come to agreement with them, that they would cover all my medical bills, plus compensate me for my time spent out of work.
I never knew, I could actually be compensated for my endless pain and suffering.
I almost signed off with the insurance company, until I decided to open up to Robby and tell him about my accident.
After telling him about my accident, I felt the biggest sense of relief because he told me I would be taken care of, and I deserved to be taken care of, based off my injuries. From that point forward, Robby took my case into his own hands, and told me all I needed to do was trust him and let him take care of the rest.
Well, I did just that, after almost settling for pennies, with the insurance, Robby called me and told me it was time to finally come and pick up my settlement check. Pennies is what I would have received had I not gone to Robby and let him take care of me. Instead I ended up walking away with close to a six-figure-settlement.
If you are struggling and don't know where to turn, or need someone on your side who can get you the justice you deserve, Robby Fakhouri is who you want.
I can not say enough about Robby, he is pure, genuine, honest, and straight forward. He knows how to get the job done and he is unstoppable. Robby has a heart so giving and he wants the best for all who are in front of him. There are not many lawyers who you can say are personable and want your best interest, Robby is just that.
I can not put into words the gratitude I have for Robby. He will forever hold a dear place in my heart.
Thank you Robby for your service!!
