Leaving out of here I was blessed, I still can't believe it, I'm not going to speak on my blessings but God is great!!!

It’s been 2 weeks now since I reached out to this law firm for help with a car accident involving my daughter and my son, and the only person who has been kind and supportive is Ebony. She has put me in contact with Mr. Walner secretary who has been so busy that it’s been 2 weeks and my daughter still hasn’t been provided physical therapy nobody has reached out to me about the case and I have to believe that a serious law firm would have taken our case seriously from the beginning, and because Mr Walner secretary is so busy, I guess it was a mistake to reach out to this law firm again because they were not serious and has wasted so much time that my daughters case is being botched. I take responsibility for trusting this law firm again, but nobody has to make the same mistake I did. I used this law firm before and believed they would come through but I was wrong! The best thing about the firm is Ebony! She’s kind, clear spoken and most of all she’ll connect you with the right person, but she can’t make them be prompt or do their job for them, so I guess it’s better to talk to Ebony because she’s the only reason I kept waiting for them to help me because of how professional she is, but it’s all downhill from there because nobody, not even the lawyers secretary will get back to you in a prompt time period, so the choice is yours which law firm you go with but Ebony is their only star. Thanks Ebony! You tried sweetheart, but this is not on you. To all the viewers of this, don’t let a law firm waste your time, as soon as you reach out, don’t give them more than a day, next day, call other law firms because even the smallest firms will perform better because they will value the customer more because they have less customers Thanks!
