Immigration attorney ever. He is not afraid to stand up and fight for his clients. You have to trust him and let him work. He was very supportive and understanding and helped me win my very complicated case after 10 years after my dealing with other attorneys that almost got me deported. I owe everything I have today in great part to Mr Berg. Big big thank you to him.

I wish I would have seen these ratings before I choose Harvey Walner and Assoc. If your not a big money making case they dont give a rats ass about getting you the best settlement. They settled my case, I did not recoup my lost wages, no pain and suffering, my co-pays for physical therapy which was $400.00... I did not want to take the settlement but Mr. Henry did not give me much choice... My settlement was $10k after everything I got $2800.00

Mr.Berg has been fighting for our case for the past 10 years. Finally, our application was granted. Although our case was difficult, Mr.Berg won the case for us and for that we will always be grateful. I highly recommend Mr.Berg for his knowledge and guidance.

i am not shocked by the negative reviews others have posted. i recently became involved with mr. berg after a family member became involved in immigration matters and I have seen with my own eyes the mistakes he makes with paperwork, he didnt file the appropriate forms which almost resulted in deportation. luckly i was able to go to the uscis website and complete them on my own and send them. dont wait for this guy to help you. he will string you along and you really have to keep a close eye on him. im surprised that he is still in business, but i guess being in the immigration business for 30 years has has formed enough relationships with prosecutors and judges that his scamming keeps going and people spend in the 10-thousands of dollars to stay in the country as he forgets to file appeals, conceals important documentation to establish the case and so on... i also had the chance to see him in action in immigration court and was appalled by his behavior. man oh man! can someone say delusions of grandeur. no other lawyer acted as unprofessionally as he did.

I attempted to consult with this attorney on my immigration matter. Even despite his seemingly extensive legal knowledge he exhibited a terribly condenscending attitude towards a prospective client like myself. At least, that is the impression I had at once. I would never recommend anyone so arrogant, cynical and lacking basic manners and social communication skills, especially with important immigration issues. Not worth the risk.

I call mr bergs offices and ask to speak with him. He was in the office and when the lady told me that she was going to relay the message to and will have him call me.
Mr berg call me and spoke with me for over 30mins with out pay. He listens to me and ask me to visit his office so we can have face to face discussions about my problem and see how he can help me.
He charge me $250 and say if I decided to hire him, the 250 goes into the fees. I think that is fair.

Ou immigration case was almost denied because negligence. It appears that the attorney failed — repeatedly — to submit important materials, and has been unable to furnish any proof of the materials being lost in the mail.
