He is very knowledgeable regarding employment laws and I was thoroughly impressed that he was able to give me personalized counsel for several weeks. His counsel provided immeasurable comfort for me while I was going through a difficult time in my professional career. I am forever grateful for his steady hand that allowed me to stay focused on the big picture, obtain a better than expected agreement with my former company, and move along with a sense of dignity, pride, and my held high. Called him today for some advice on my previous job. He is very rude and only in it for the money. When I spoke to him about my issues with my job and looking for his help, He immediately told me “You have a claim but the only problem is my fee” and then assumed I couldn’t afford him by telling me his fees might be out of my “price range”. This man is a joke and I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to him for help legally. Just a typical white trash lawyer looking for a quick dollar.

Received a call after my motor incident where I received a concussion. I was told everything would be paid for and I needed to receive scans (to be fair, I did) as well as go to physical therapy. After spending hours over the span of a few months, they kept insisting I go to their physical therapist that was an hour away that I couldn't make. They finally told me to find someone nearby and then immediately dropped my case, leaving me with a $3,000 medical bill. I spoke with the actual attorney for about 5 minutes (after waiting to speak with him for months) to which he spent most of it telling me how hot the women in lincoln park are. Do not allow them to take your case. Update 1/8/2019: I sustained a concussion and lost feeling in the right hand. I'm currently still going to doctors in regards to the incident. I received a call in which Mr. Walner explained to me that I should change my review because they have families and kids they need to worry about (one of the most infuriating things I've ever heard). He stated that he would help me with the bill mentioned (but still would not take the case), and I refused as I would personally rather take out a loan than trust this firm again.

Like other reviewers have stated, if you're not a case worth BIG $$$, they'll put your case at the bottom of the pile and spend little resources on it. Every time I try to speak to the attorney on my husband's case I get put through to the attorney's voicemail. Can't get anyone to return my call the same week. Always takes over a week with multiple calls to get anything answered. The receptionist/paralegal somehow never finds my file at the time of the call. She says someone must be working on it, yet weeks later there's still no update because no one's working on it.
