Extremely rude when I called for a consultation. Lacked professionalism and was not personable. Does not appear to be the attorney who will take on difficult cases and appears to be in the business for a quick dollar.

Extremely positive. David Porter laid out a winning strategy. Communication was excellent. Even before I decided to hire him, he always picked up the phone, and I was able to talk directly to him. He laid out a seven page summation, advised me on potential witness testimony by the employer, and advised me, listened to the events that took place. We met in person the first time for over an hour and half. We had a second conversation over the phone for an hour, and then talked over the phone a half an hour before the hearing. We were extremely prepared, thanks to David. He also laid out possible ways he would cross examine any witnesses the employer had. Nonetheless, the judge notified both David and I on the day and time of the hearing, that the employer withdrew their appeal day prior, which would of been the same day the employer found out I hired David Porter as an attorney. A++ in terms of everything. Definitely would recommend

I wish i did not have to give any stars this place PISS on you if you dont have a BIG money case $$$$$$ they will have you go through all the foot work only to drop your case I should've listen to people when they were saying not to go to HARVEY L WALNER DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID 0 STARS.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! we were forced to drop the case because we were switched from one lawyer to the next very very unprofessional they're not worth your time at all they add to your problem instead of helping you please stay away you've been warned
