My fiance and myself obtain Harvey l. Walner and associates to help us on a auto accident where we were rear ended. I must say after signing the papers we had the worst possible help from them not getting updates to having to call them to get updates the office staff were very rude and ignorant. Being our first time going through this it was nothing but problems with this firm. Then getting handed off to another firm when they couldn't get the money they wanted your tossed aside like chump change. I will never hire them again nor will anyone we know and word will travel through out our community. Very disappointed.

This law office is very rude, short, and not helpful at all. He made assumptions without finding out details, but was quick to throw out his $250 consultation (only in person) fee. He ended the call with telling me apparently this isn't the office for you. First impression is everything, and the first impression provided was horrible!!

I just spoke to this lawyer and I must say like others I am impressed. Due to jurisdiction he couldn't help me but he took the time to explain the situation and he believed I had a case. Unlike a lot of other lawyers I spoke to that just flat out refuse to listen or explain. Would definitely recommend him as he seems knowledgeable and patient.
