I was involved in a hit-and-run during a visit to Chicago. The Walner Law Firm contacted me and advised that my son and I get X-rays, even though the accident was minor. We felt some discomfort and decided to follow their advice, visiting urgent care. Afterward, the firm stopped responding, leaving us with the urgent care bill. When the doctor recommended physical therapy, I informed the law firm, but once again, they ghosted me. I do NOT recommend.

Intake representative act like she’s literally slow and comprehend simple English. I called this firm and while considering giving them my business the representative that person who intercepted the call just helped them lose a prospective client. If my initial call was ridiculously stressful I could only imagine what future encounters would be like. I would not call here again or refer anyone to patronize this firm.
