I had Philip Bareck a few years ago when I fell at work and broke two ribs and my employer denied me workers comp. They also took my sick time away and made use other time to cover the days of work I missed. Not only did Philip win my case, he got them to give the days they took from me back to me. He told me up front that it would take time and he kept me informed and updated me that the case was still waiting to be heard. It did take awhile, but the end result was he won my case. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone fighting their right to workers comp.
