Phillip is one of the best family law practitioners I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Yes, pleasure. I’m out of state, and was owed 4 years of child support on my ex’s bonuses and commissions per the support order. Halfway through our motion, my ex declared bankruptcy!! Phillip took it in his stride and ensured I was accurately represented in bankruptcy court and in family court. I was able to receive priority status and funds disbursed by the bankruptcy court after 7 months of wrangling. Give Phillip a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Phillip Rutherford is Amazing! Even with this COVID-19 Pandemic going on he was always there answering my calls, replying to my emails and returning my calls. Going into this Divorce process from not knowing exactly what to do, fill out he explained it to me very thoroughly. His fee’s are very reasonable for sure because I called around just like everyone else and he definitely beats the price and does the work. He listens and gives you the best advice. He took care of everything and I just waited for my Court date. I couldn’t be anymore thankful. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rutherford. Jonathan was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the law and the process. He secured my disability claim. One of the things I appreciate most about Jonathan was his patience with me. I had many, many questions and concerns. I would feel like I was bothering him but he never made me feel that way. He was among the first attorneys to give me a callback and the only one I felt confident about. She was a ward of the state at the time due to prior circumstances. Coming into a divorce I had no idea what to expect. Mr. Rutherford set my expectations from day 1 and guided me through the process every step of the way. Anytime I had a question he would answer it promptly and made me feel my concerns were always taken seriously. Dealing with a second party who was not responsive and a court system that was constantly delayed due to the pandemic would have been very stressful if not for Phillip.
